Although I've had some experience buying a home, I did not have any experience as a seller. Colleen took the time to explain things in detail and was very patient answering questions. Colleen is so amazing. She took us around to see nine different properties in December. None of them were perfect for us. We were not in a big rush, so we keep looking online. Since we were living in another state, Colleen set up video viewings for us so that we could see some properties via video. Colleen kept sending various possibilities our way... and then we narrowed it down to five good choices we wanted to see in May.
