Sandy was absolutely amazing. My first time selling a house and under tough circumstances. She was honest, professional, so patient and made things as smooth as possible. She gave her honest opinion when needed and allowed us to come to our own answers as well. It was a divorce situation and she went above and beyond to communicate with both of us. If she wasn't so great I'm not sure things would have gone so well! She helps with what needs to be done for a good a swift sell, provides contacts for quality repair people and even staged the house for us! As a first time home buyer, Sandy was with me every step of the way. She understood my timeline and navigated a difficult housing market (low inventory levels / high turnover) to find the perfect home. I may not have been the easiest client as I asked a lot of questions and wanted to understand the whole process, but Sandy was willing to explain all of the steps or follow up with me on anything that she was 100% sure on (as it related to the individual properties). We saw a few different home styles and submitted multiple offers along the way. Not once did Sandy get frustrated with me! Sandy was willing to work around my work schedule (as much as the market allowed) and suggested houses that were in my anticipated price range that fit the common features I was looking for in a home. My home acquisition was a little unique in the fact that I will not move in right away, but Sandy has mentioned that she will always be available to contact. Overall, Sandy was awesome!
