If you're looking for an excellent realtor, Caitlin is it! She's so knowledgeable and an overall amazing realtor! Caitlin was so patient with me - my specific requirements and tight budget amidst a really difficult market. She answered my 8 million questions and gave great advice throughout the process. She even claimed the month as 'my month' and encouraged me to open up my mind to what eventually became my home! She is motivated, has seemingly endless energy, is incredibly responsive, and exudes excitement and care for her clients. So thankful to Caitlin for helping my family find a home!

Caitlin did an amazing job getting my condo sold in just 3-4 days. She had her team come and paint and clean to get the unit ready and had it listed very quickly, well beyond my expectations. Once again Caitlin was wonderful to work with. We found the house we wanted and made an offer that was not contingent on the sale of our current home. The primary reason we were comfortable with that offer is because we were confident that Caitlin would be able to sell our house quick for the right amount. It was a crazy 4 weeks but everything went off without a hitch, thanks to Caitlin. We have no plans to move soon (Hopefully) but if that changes Caitlin will be our first call.

Caitlin was absolutely amazing through the entire process. This was my first home so I had no clue what I was doing, and Caitin did a wonderful job guiding me through the whole process. She listened to me about what I was looking for, taught me all sorts of things for what to look out for during the tours, and help me during placing an offer and negotiating with the seller after the fact. She was fantastic helping me find a place I loved, and coordinated what felt an army of contractors/inspectors to inspect the house without me even asking so I could feel safe/confident moving here.
